Katelynn Sudak, LMT, CEIM

Katelynn received her Bachelor’s Degree in business management, and continued immediately from there to get her certification in holistic massage. She attended Spa Tech Institute in Ipswich and has been practicing massage therapy ever since she received her certification in 2013. Her modalities include swedish, deep tissue, trigger point work, myofascial, pregnancy, hot stone, integrative reflexology, and basic polarity. She customizes each treatment to the needs of every client and is always continuing to look for new techniques and trainings to be able to bring back and use on her clients. Katelynn is a firm believer in the benefits of combining massage therapy and chiropractic treatment; understanding that together the two services can help patients reach a higher level of healing and recovery.

Katelynn is also a certified educator of infant massage, and has been teaching parents to massage their infants since 2015. Nurturing touch is beneficial for an infant’s health and well being, providing the same benefits to that of an adult and more. It is also important to help parents and infants bond with one another, and can help build and maintain that bond throughout their lives.

In her free time, Katelynn enjoys crafting and fundraising for veterans and service dogs. She also enjoys watching movies, walking, and spending time by the ocean. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her husband Anthony and their two daughters.
